T Brand + Chanel — Interactive Digital ‘Quiz’
In their typical support of all things cultured, Chanel stepped up as a sponsor of the New York Times Style Magazine’s Book Club. Rather than crafting simple ad messaging for the partnership, we opted for an interactive moment for readers.
Our ‘quiz’ ad format typically functions as a multiple choice yes/no, true/false game, but we hacked the unit to function like a Buzzfeed quiz. In two versions, I wrote a variety of prompts and resulting book summaries, which were then paired with elegant freelanced illustrations.
